Merry Christmas!!!!

I start off this blog with an upbeat note. I want to share with you my digital life... the part of my life that involves computers and electronics and how I apply those in the real world.

For Christmas, I am upgrading my daughter's computer. It's a task that will take quite awhile, but will be worth it. She has a Pentium II, 350mhz with 64 mb of memory, and 6-gigabyte computer, running Windows XP. She connects to the internet through 802.11b wireless, DSL. She does a lot of work with creating dolls online and she likes to instant message her family and friends.

I am upgrading her hard drive to 40gb and I am installing a CD Writer so she can make backups of the dolls she creates.

Also, to help her draw, I am giving her a wireless tablet along with a wireless mouse. She will absolutely love it!
